Tina, Sarah and Kory. Sarah survived however Tina and Kory were murdered by Hoffman in their home during the burglary.

Bizarre Findings

The police found bizarre writing within Hoffman's home which indicate there may be been problems with how he perceived the world around him. Sarah later reported to the police that he treated to feed her the dead squirrel.

Hoffman had an obsession with trees and leaves, his house was covered in leaves he brought from local forests.

The police locate Sarah who has been hostage for 5 days. Hoffman keeps her bound up in the basement on a bed of leaves.

Hoffman placed his victims into seven garbage bags, climbed a 30 foot hollow tree and dumped their remains down it's center. The police dogs were not able to locate them during sweeps due to the thickness of the trunk. The police had to cut a hole in the base of the trunk to remove them.
