Kenneth Parnell and a Steven
Kenneth used others to lure Steven away. After he kidnapped him he made him go by Dennis Parnell, telling him that his family gave Steven to him. He sexually and physically abused Steven for several years.
Steven and Timothy White
Parnell would attempt to make Steven obtain new children to bring into the home. Steven would intentionally prevent this from happening. When Parnell kidnapped Timothy White Steven carried him to freedom and as a result freed himself.

Cary Stayner
Caught in 1999 Cary was found to be a serial killer known to have killed at least 4 women and suspected of killing at least 11 people total between 1982 and 1999.
